Tokeli is an American jazz songstress with a deep background in musical theatre.  Her jazz album “Where Do You Start?” received nominations for both San Diego Music Awards 2007 and Los Angeles Music Awards 2010: “Jazz Album of the Year” and “Artist of the Year.” This album, as well as the 2013 “Elektrik” EP digital release, received worldwide critical reviews and a 5-Star iTunes Rating. She has toured to critical acclaim in New York City, Boston, Los Angeles, Paris, and San Francisco. Her musical alliances with Grammy artists and jazz legends like Peter Sprague, Gilbert Castellanos, Daniel Jackson, Tony Ortega, Russell Bizzett, Mikan Zlatkovich, Gerald Clayton and the like have earned her great respect in the professional music community.
