The cycle is eternal. I am sorry to report that there is no escape. We suffer sadness, fear, war, destruction and as below so above. Let us have the courage to look in between the lines, in between the layers, in between the meanings. There are angels and devils everywhere, but they are not in your religions or your spiritualism; they are inside of You.
The revelation of reincarnation (or multi-dimensionality) is that there is no real eternal rest. This can be daunting to the old soul who is tired from lifetimes of pain. The desire for release from pain is great. But remember that you will have the strength after matter has turned to light.
