The One True Thing is consciousness, which is Love. It is you and it is me. It is the organizing principle for all energetic activity, and that is everything.
Everything is energy: Light particles vibrating at unique frequencies which then express as unique matter. There is light and there is sound (energy), and there is really nothing else. Things break apart; things come together. Things shift, always changing and evolving towards the highest principle. Thoughtful intention creates possibilities.
We exist as consciousness and through consciousness. That is all there is. We are here to learn this about ourselves and to experience it fully.
